Synopsis: A mysterious hitchhiker named Tomas Katz is picked up by a taxi driver. As they head towards London, Katz take’s on the driver’s form. Continuing into the city, Katz moves from person to person, taking on different bodies and causing general mischief and unrest. As the controller of the London Underground, Katz throws the trains off schedule. As the Government Fisheries Minister, Katz declares war on a small nation. Only one man sees a connection between these seemingly random events. Using a Ouija board, a blind inspector from Scotland Yard discovers that Katz is behind the current chaos, and is conspiring to bring about the apocalypse. As he follows Katz’s trail, he realizes that he must recover the mysterious ‘astral child’. Abducted by Katz, the child holds the key to existence.
