The nominations for the 91st Academy Awards have been announced, with Ed Perkins' Black Sheep included in the 'Best Documentary Short' category, with Wes Anderson's Isle of Dogs also recognised in the 'Best Animated Feature' and 'Best Original Score'categories.

Dramatised with non-actors, Black Sheep follows the story of Cornelius Walker, and blurs the boundaries between documentary and fiction to tackle the pertinent topic of race and identity and asks the question: How far will we go to 'fit in'? Molinare completed full post production on the short doc, with Head of Documentary Feature Sound George Foulgham and Junior Dubbing Mixer Chad Orororo completing sound post, and Head of Editing Des Murray and Senior Colourist Andrew Daniel completing picture post.

Set in Japan, and 20 years into the future, Isle of Dogs follows a young boy's quest to find his dog on 'Trash Island', where all dogs have been sent to after an outbreak of 'canine influenza' spreads through the city.
